Baguette Bag — A Little Joy, Every Day
Shaped like a freshly baked baguette, this bag captures a small but unforgettable moment—
the quiet happiness of walking home with warm bread tucked under your arm.
Crafted entirely by hand, its soft curves and three-dimensional form cannot be achieved by machines. Each piece is carefully constructed to recreate the natural volume and character of real bread.
This limited piece is the result of a collaboration with Leather Laboratory, a Japanese leather atelier founded in 2009. Known for one-of-a-kind works, the artisan has spent years refining their craft through repairs, remakes, and custom orders—bringing both sensitivity and technical mastery into every detail.
Artisanship
Each bag is made from over 17 individual parts, assembled and stitched entirely by hand.
To achieve its lifelike form, the thickness of the leather is subtly adjusted piece by piece, while the inner structure is reinforced to maintain its shape.
Mass production is not possible—every bag is truly one of a kind.
The signature “coupe” (bread slits) is expressed by revealing the underside of the leather, adding depth and contrast.
Inside, the bag is lined with smooth pigskin suede, offering both protection and a soft, luxurious touch.

About Shipping Cost
We use Sagawa Express for deliveries within Japan and either FedEx or DHL or EMS for international orders. Please refer to the tables below for shipping cost estimates for your country.

About Foreign Taxes and Duties
As our products are shipped from Japan, they may be subject to taxes and Customs fee in the country of delivery. These costs are customer's responsibitliy. Thank you for your understanding!
For the customers in the US:
Most packages with a declared value that is under $2000 USD will be cleared without any fees.
Purchases over $800 will be taxed.
For the customers in Canada:

For the customers in EU
From 1 July 2021, import VAT is payable on all goods entering the EU, irrespective of their value. For goods with a value of more than €150 you will have to pay Customs Duty in addition to import VAT.
