Return & Refund Policy
[Cancellation]
(1) We accept cancellations for orders placed before shipment. Please contact info@panthem.jp. However, cancellations after shipment arrangements cannot be accepted.
(2) Additional forwarding charges may apply for address changes after shipment arrangements have been completed. In the case of changes at the customer's convenience, the forwarding charges will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
(3) If we are unable to contact you due to prolonged absence, and the package is returned after exceeding the transportation company's storage period, we will refund the amount after deducting the round-trip shipping fee. We appreciate your understanding.
[Returns & Exchanges]
(1) Please contact info@panthem.jp within 7 days of the product arrival date if there are any defects or problems with the product. We will proceed with the return or exchange.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, returns are not accepted for the following products:
- Products that have been more than 8 days since arrival
- Products that have been damaged or soiled under the customer's responsibility
- Products made-to-order or customized for the customer
- Other products specified as non-returnable on the product introduction page
(3) We will bear the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
[Refunds]
(1) All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
