- Price: We offer repair service for all types of Pampshades A) partially repair - like small crack or damage of 3cm or less, or electrical failure and B) fully repair. Please choose according to your case.
- For Shades: As with glass, it is not possible to completely reverse the damage, but it is possible to recoat the shade to prevent it from growing the damage larger and to prevent it from deteriorating.
- For Electricals: Complete repair is possible.
- Process: After purchase and payment, please send the goods to the following address by prepaid courier or postal service (with tracking number). After we receive and repair the product, we will send it back to you. The shipping cost you pay will be used for the return shipping.

Japan修理をしていただきありがとうございました。
プチブールをうっかり落としてしまい割ってしまいました。。（同時に落としたクロワッサンは無事でした。）修理を行っていることを知らずに接着剤等で修理を試みましたが出来なかったため、同じ商品を購入するためサイトをみたところ修理していただけるとのことで申込みました。 割れていた所もパッと見ただけではわからないくらい新品同様でした。ヒビが入っていた場所も補強？されているようで安心しました！ 購入後に修理をしていただけるなんて本当にありがたいです。 今後は落とさない様に気をつけて長く愛用したいです。次回はトーストを購入したいな。
